1) Interviews with Lynchburg, Amherst County, Appomattox County, Bedford County, andCampbell County officials (managers/administrators/deputies/LGC elected representatives)
2) Interviews with General Assembly members serving on LGC
b. September 18 & 19th – focus group meetings in Lynchburg with:
1) Town Managers/LGC Elected Officials from Towns
2) Chambers of Commerce/Downtown Associations
3) Economic Development Officials
4) Non Profit Stakeholders (one staff, one board member from 10 organizations)
c. September 20 – extended Local Government Council meeting 4-6 p.m.
8.Meeting with the Roanoke Valley Alleghany Regional Commission – June 7, 3 or 4 p.m.Preliminary Agenda:
a. Welcome Remarks – 3:00 or 4:00 p.m.

c. Break into groups based upon of topic interest
